Features:
1) SZL29-1.6 / 130 / 70-AII hot water boiler is a double-drum vertically laid
    natural cycle boiler. The water fed to the coal economizer enters in the
    drum. The heating surface is with enough space and full contribution 
2) The burning equipment is installed with single-layer squama chain-grate
    manufactured by Liaoning Fangwadian Yongning Machinery Factory. The
    chain-grate seems like squama as it is filled with a lot of bars.
    Therefore, little coal will be leaked from the boiler, and both sides
    of the boiler chain will be sealed tightly. The boiler chain can be
    adjusted automatically, and can reduce Paya accidents. The chain-grate
    can be installed and unloaded conveniently, making the examination
    and reparation easier. The chain-grate can be replaced on the condition
    of non-stop boiler. It is with good dust cleaning performance. The
    container installed on two sides of the chain-grate is playing the role
    of water-cooling iron with reliable anti-retarding function 
3) Both sides of the boiler are with membrane water-cooling walls with
    good sealing. The outer side uses light boiler wall, and the epiboly is
    with dried coating protection plate. With elegant appearance, it will not
    cause rust after long usage. It is reasonably isolated with the wall, so
    that the gas flowing speed in the boiler can be controlled within 11
    meters per second 
4) The heating surface is designed with enough margins. The front wall,
    back wall, left and right sides form the independent loop. The hearth
    is enough height, or the water-cooling wall is with enough height, so
    that there is enough cycle pressure. In order to make the water
    circulation safe and reliable, jet device is installed. The large room of
    the inner boiler is installed with jet device and water pipe. The entrance
    area of the falling pipe is well insulated with hot water 
5) The front water-cooling wall and the back water-cooling wall form the
    front and back arches respectively. The front and back arches all adopt
    fire-proof materials to reduce the surface heat absorption capacity to
    form high temperature area, which is a kind of boiler arch with strong
    radiation. With early ignition, there are strong high-temperature vortex
    cavities under the front arch, and the burning is strong under the back
    arch, so that the coal adaptability can be greatly enhanced 
6) Speed adjusting cabinet with 3K structure involutes planet driving and
    floating even-load framework with power diverging. The product is
    equipped with electromagnetic adjustable-speed electrical machine
    and controller to adjust the speed with hand. A wide range of speed
    adjusting is available for convenient and reliable usage with reliable
    over-load protection framework 
7) To prevent the back inlet window from heating and ash erosion, the
    exit of the heart is installed with ash congealed pipe
